If you have not picked up your machinery or equipment within 30 days of the auction ending, BTM Industrial can not gaurentee the condition in which the machinery or equipment was listed originally by BTM Industrial.
In the event of an issue with a purchase that requires a refund, ONLY the cost of the machine with buyers premium will be refunded if a rigger or trucking company is hired to load or pick up the machinery from anywhere else besides our BTM Industrial Consignment Warehouse.
