TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Buyer has 10 working days from the day of shipment to initiate the return of items purchased in this auction.
2) Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
3) The refund will be for the “Hammer Price + the Bidders Premium in the form of a future auction credit (FAC).
NOTE: ALL PARTS IN THIS AUCTION ARE EITHER REMOVED FROM WORKING MACHINERY OR SOURCED FROM INVENTORY CRIB CONSOLIDATIONS. ALL PARTS ARE BELIEVED TO BE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION. ANY KNOWN DEFECTS WILL BE CALLED OUT IN THE DESCRIPTION SECTION. YOU MAY COME TO OUR FACILITY AT ANY TIME DURING BUSINESS HOURS TO INSPECT THESE PARTS. AS ALWAYS, THESE PARTS ARE BEING SOLD “AS IS”, WITHOUT RETURNS.
